Seriously, I think it’s a conspiracy.  Sanjaya is STILL on American Idol for all of you “whatever, I don’t care about American Idol” folks out there….

Sanjaya Malakar

He actually frightens me…his Michael Jacksonish vocal tone and wierd hair-ness is just odd.   You can learn more about him on the contestant profile page on .  This article tries to explain why in the world Sanjaya keeps his place in the competition.

I laughed at the survey that they posted on American Idol’s home site – I voted that the most entertaining moment of the show last night was definitely the crying girl.  It was totally bizarre – though the consensus is that she was crying hysterical tears of joy, I believe they were hysterical tears of disbelief that Sanjaya was still on the show.

So – what’s your thoughts?  Why, oh, why is he still in the runnings?  I’m sure he’s a nice kid and all, but seriously, America!  Vote your conscience!

  1. I think the crying girl was weird, too! Matt Lauer said maybe she was crying because she was in pain. Too funny!

i almost threw up in my mouth when i happened to look up as my family was watching AI and he was doing some hula thing…

adam was saying yesterday that there is a website out there encouraging those who don’t like AI to vote for the worst person (in this case, sanjaya) just to screw with things.

i have a sick feeling we’re gonna have to put up with him for a while longer.
