Sigh, remember this?

I actually miss it.

What’s better?  Intense heat or bitter cold?

I’m sitting in my air conditioned home and sipping my ice cold water so I don’t know if I can really vote right now…but I have to say INTENSE HEAT all the way!!! I love heat because I’m usually always cold.

  2. Cold, hands down. LOVE the snow. Did I mention that Alaska was awesome and we want to move there? 🙂

  3. I can usually put more clothes on but only can take so many off….

    I call the cold.

This I learned from an episode of Hill Street Blues many years ago: if bitter cold happens and an old person gets their heat shut off in winter or they get stranded in their car, they will probably die. Cold cannot be reversed easily.

But the effects of extreme heat can always be alleviated by water. A person who loses power in New York City on the hottest day of the year, if they have water, always have a way to cool off. Even a damp washcloth can bring relief when applied to hot skin.

Even tho I am very black or white, in all the way or not, even though I say if you’re gonna do something – go with full gusto, this is one area I don’t like it. I am against any extreme weather that makes me want to hide in the house. Lukewarm, I say. Sunny skies and cool nights and brisk mornings.

I think I actually have prickly heat. EEKS.

BITTER COLD- all the way!!!! I don’t like the intense heat. Warm is okay, but not hot! Give me winter any day, I love the coziness!!! 🙂 Besides, I don’t mind being snowed in as long as B is with me. 😉

I have always said that I would rather be hot than cold. But now I am starting to think “Bring on the cold!” = ]

Just looking at the photo is cooling me off!
