I’m heading home in the morning.  Too many experiences here to effectively put into words, that’s for sure.  I am leaving El Salvador different than I arrived.  Now comes the fun of figuring out how to effectively articulate these experiences in such a way that may prompt someone to consider investing in the life of a child through Compassion. Not because it’s a “cool” thing to do, but because it seriously transforms a life.  As I heard in our debrief tonight – it transforms a young life not for a few years as the child is growing up, but it can be the difference in that child (and his/her family) for a lifetime!  (By the way, not only will the child’s life be transformed, but yours will as well!)
